CT vođena minimalno invazivna oksigen ozonska terapija kod pacijenata sa degenerativnim promenama lumbosakralnog segmenta kičmenog stuba

Sažetak


Degenerativne bolesti kičmenog stuba uključuju postepen gubitak normalne fizionomije I funkcije struktura kičmenog stuba tokom vremena. Najčešće su izazvane starenjem, ali mogu biti izazvane I tumorima, infekcijama ili asrtritisima. Pritisak na kičmenu moždinu ili nervne koronove uzrokovane degenrativnim promenama mogu biti rezultat diskus hernije. Degenerativne bolesti intravertebralnog diska su jedne od najčešćih uzroka bola u donjem delu ledja ili vrata, ali takođe I jedne od najmanje shvaćenih. Bol u donjem delu leđa (LBP) je čest poremećaj koji pogađa sve veći broj ljudi širom sveta, čija je dijagnoza usmerena na identifikaciju uzroka koji ga izazivaju. Prva linija terapije obično počinje od konzervativnih pristupa, dok tretmani druge linije uključuju spektar minimalno invazivnih tehnika, pre nego što se pribegne invazivnijim hirurškim pristupima. Među minimalno invazivnim tehnikama, perkutane injekcije oksigen-ozonske mešavine predstavljaju jednu od najčešćih i najisplativijih procedura. Oksigen-ozonska terapija je minimalno invazivan tretman degenerativnih oboljenja kičmenog stuba koji koristi biohemijska svojstva gasne mešavine kiseonika i ozona. Intradiskalna, periradikularna ili itraartikularna  ozonoterapija se koristi kod pacijenata koji ne reaguju na standardne konzervativne terapije za bol u donjem delu leđa uzrokavan diskus hernijom  ili drugim degenerativnim procesom obližnjih struktura kao što su zigapofizni zglobovi. Sve procedure koje služe za terapiju bola donjeg dela leđa mogu se vršiti uz navođenje ultrazvuka, kompjuterizovane tomografije ili fluoroskopije.
