PERCEPCIJA BOLESTI I KVALITET ŽIVOTA KOD VISOKO RIZIČNIH TRUDNOĆA
Sažetak
Percepcija bolesti predstavlja mentalnu predstavu i lični doživljaj koji pacijent ima o svojoj bolesti, i meri se pomoću originalnih i validiranih upitnika o percepciji bolesti. Kvalitet života povezan sa zdravljem (Health related quality of life – HRQoL) je mera zadovoljstva osobe svojim fizičkim i psihičkim zdravljem čiji je važan element i percepcija bolesti. S obzirom da trudnice predstavljaju posebno vulnerabilnu kategoriju, može se smatrti da trudnoća ima uticaj na kvalitet života, a posebno u slučaju trudnica sa patološkim trudnoćama. Imajući ovo u vidu, percepcija bolesti u trudnoći može imati značajan uticaj na kvalitet života trudnica posebno kod visokorizičnih trudnoća.
