Testovi istezanja nerva kod pacijenata sa lumbalnom diskus hernijom
Sažetak
Diskus hernija nastaje kada se međupršljenski disk pomeri i pritisne spinalni nervni koren. Testovi istezanja nerava ili provokativni testovi imaju veliku dijagnostičku vrednost i dosta su specifični za patologiju lumbalne diskalne hernijacije. Testovi istezanja nerva koji se najčešće koriste u cilju dokazivanja ili isključivanja kompresije na spinalni nervni koren su: Lazarevićev test, Cramov, Bragardov, ukršteni-kontralateralni Lazarevićev test, obrnuti Lazarevićev ili Fajerštajnov test, Behterevljev, Nerijev, Goversov i Kernigov test, Lermitov znak, Dendijev test, Milgramov i Nafcigerov test, znak zategnute tetive na luku (engl. bowstring sign), Tandelenburgov znak, Huverov test simulacije, Menelov, Genslenov test i Patrik-faber test. U radu su opisane tehnike izvođenja svih navedenih testova, kao i njihova klinička značajnost.
