UPRAVLJANJE TALENTIMA U SAVREMENOJ ORGANIZACIJI

Sažetak


SAŽETAK: Upravlјanje talentima u savremenom poslovanju predstavlјa korišćenje integrisanog skupa aktivnosti kako bi se obezbedilo da organizacija privuče, zadrži, motiviše i razvija talentovane pojedince. Savremene organizacije sve više uviđaju da njihova poslovna efikasnost i efektivnost umnogome zavisi od prepoznavanja, ali i angažovanja i razvijanja potencijala kod zaposlenih. Talentovani pojednici postaju strategijski resurs čije angažovanje dovodi do izvrsnosti organizacionih performansi. Upravlјanje talentima je od vitalnog značaja i za pojedince i za organizaciju. Pojedinci, kojima je omogućeno da iskažu svoj potencijal, generišu inovacije i doprinose pozitivnim promenama u organizaciji, a istovremeno su zadovolјniji jer uspevaju da se samoaktualizuju i da napreduju. Menadžeri koji rukovode talentima doprinose povećavanju produktivnosti, a time i jačanju konkurentske pozicije organizacije u tržišnim uslovima poslovanja. Cilј rada je da potencira značaj upravlјanja talentima u kontekstu modeliranja strateških planova savremene organizacije.
