Abstract

Cilj ovog članka je da se istraži odsustvo/prisustvo koncepcija rodne pravde u okviru dominantno prihvaćenih političkih teorija i da se ukaže na ključni značaj pravde u rodnim odnosima za teorije pravde generalno uzev, kao i za praktikovanje pravde. Prvi deo istražuje Aristotelovu koncepciju pravde i nudi feminističku kritiku. Platonova teorija pravde sadržana u Državi, sa idejama o ženama filozofkinjama vladarkama, predmet je istraživanja u drugom delu članka. U trećem delu se razmatraju pred-moderne, kao i određene moderne teorije pravde, koje zadržavaju patrijarhalni model obezvređivanja žena u okvirima dihotomije privatno–javno, dok su u četvrtom delu prikazane neke od glavnih političkih teorija i feminističke teorije pravde koje prevazilaze dominantni model i afirmišu rodnu pravdu na načine koji međusobno konvergiraju. Zaključne napomene sumiraju ideje o ulozi rodne pravde za trasiranje daljeg filozofskog promišljanja pravde.
