Sažetak

Богословски „портпарол“ Православне цркве на заседању ССЦ у Амстердаму (1948) био је о. Георгије Флоровски, који је већ тада важио за најзначајнијег православног представника екуменског дијалога. У овом истраживању ћемо у првом реду издвојити неколико важних момената у процесу образовања ССЦ, да бисмо се потом осврнули на екуменску активност оца Георгија и на тај начин расветлили, колико нам је то овде могуће, његов значај и утицај, с једне стране, а са друге актуелност његове мисли и дела за нас данас.
