Transfer znanja za inovativnost u porodićnim preduzećima

Sažetak


Porodična preduzeća (FB) su važna u većini nacionalnih ekonomija. Istražili smo da li je inovativnost naslednika pozitivno povezana sa prenosom inovativnosti osnivača kroz procese prenosa znanja i stvaranja u obliku internog prenosa prećutnih i iskustvenih znanja i veština osnivača i sa spoljnim prenosom znanja, kada potencijalni naslednici pohađaju obrazovne programe, eksternu obuku ili steku radno iskustvo u drugim preduzećima. Naše istraživanje otkriva da kada se razgovara o stvarnim oblicima internog prenosa znanja, postoje pozitivne korelacije između inovativnosti naslednika i njihovog ranog uključivanja u FB, naukovanja, uključivanja naslednika na sastanke sa poslovnim partnerima i strateškog planiranja pre nego što se uključe u FB. Naše istraživanje delimično je potvrdilo da su u pogledu spoljnog prenosa znanja radno iskustvo naslednika u drugim preduzećima i učešće na akademskim kursevima pozitivno povezani sa njihovom inovativnošću.
