LEKSIČKA RAZNOVRSNOST U NARATIVNOM DISKURSU DECE SA SPECIFIČNIM JEZIČKIM POREMEĆAJEM

Sažetak


Deca sa specifičnim poremećajem u razvoju jezika (SJP) ispoljavaju značajne teškoće u usvajanju, procesiranju i upotrebi novih reči. Analiza spontanog govora predstavlja koristan metod u proceni razvoja i upotrebe leksikona kod dece sa SJP, a procena leksičke raznovrsnosti je najčešći način utvrđivanja opsega i upotrebe reči u narativnom diskursu.

Cilj ovog rada je utvrđivanje ukupne leksička raznovrsnosti i raznovrsnosti sadržajnih reči kod dece sa SJP.

Uzorak je činilo 60 ispitanika uzrasta od pet do osam godina sa dijagnostikovanim SJP. Kontrolnu grupu činilo je pedeset petoro dece tipičnog razvoja, koja su prema hronološkom uzrastu i polu ujednačena sa decom eksperimentalne grupe. Leksička raznovrsnost je analizirana u uzorku govora dobijenom pričanjem priče „Pepeljuga“. Leksička raznovrsnost je utvrđena na osnovu broja različitih reči u analiziranom segmentu govora.

Rezultati su pokazali da deca sa SJP imaju značano slabija postignuća u pogledu leksičke raznovrsnosti u poređenju sa decom tipičnog razvoja (p≤0,00). Takođe, deca sa SJP su imala značajno slabija postinuća i u pogledu raznovrsnosti sadržajnih reči (p≤0,00). Takođe, lošija postignuća dece sa SJP, u poređenju sa decom tipičnog razvoja, potvrđena su u obe uzrasne kategorije, na predškolskom (p≤0,00) i ranom školskom uzrastu (p≤0,00).

Zaključeno je da deca sa SJP ispoljavaju deficite u upotrebi sadržajnih reči, kao i reči  koje nisu punoznačne.  Deficiti upotrebe reči u narativnom diskursu uočeni su kod dece predškolskog i ranog školskog uzrasta..
