Sažetak


Simptomi autizma obično se javljaju u ranom detinjstvu, iako se u nekim slučajevima ispoljavaju znatno kasnije. Prepoznavanje ranih znakova autizma je neophodan preduslov za organizovanje programa rane intervencije čija bi realizacija trebalo da omogući pozitivan ishod za decu sa poremećajima autističkog spektra. Cilj ovog rada je prezentovanje onih programa i strategija intervencije koji su zasnovani na dokazima. Na osnovu rezultata do sada sprovedenih istraživanja najveći uspeh omogućavaju bihejvioralni programi, bilo da su primenjeni u obliku tzv. fokusiranih intervencija, bilo da su uklopljeni u sveobuhvatne modele tretmana. Razvojne intervencije, iako podsticajne, još uvek nemaju dovoljnu empirijsku podršku.
