ТРАНСФОРМАТИВНА УЛОГА МЕЂУНАРОДНИХ АКТЕРА У РАЗВОЈУ ПОЛИТИКЕ СОЦИЈАЛНЕ И СОЛИДАРНЕ ЕКОНОМИЈЕ У РЕПУБЛИЦИ СРБИЈИ
Sažetak
Учестале кризе у међународним оквирима од почетка 21. века продубиле су глобалне социјалне неједнакости и сиромаштво, док је прилагођавање кризама подразумевало промене у дизајну јавних политика, нарочито оних повезаних са унапређењем исхода на тржишту рада. У променљивим друштвеним околностима, дискусија о социјалној и солидарној економији представљала је прекретницу ка одрживој алтернативи синергијског деловања економске и социјалне политике. Истраживачко питање овог рада је: Који међународни актери и на које начине су остварили утицај на развој концепта социјалне и солидарне економије, примењеног у пракси социјалног предузетништва у Републици Србији, од почетка 21. века? У правцу одговора на постављено истраживачко питање, циљеви рада су: идентификација кључних међународних актера у развоју концепта социјалне и солидарне економије у глобалним оквирима; приказ и анализа кључних принципа, иницијатива и програма развоја социјалне и солидарне економије; анализа деловања међународних актера у развоју социјалне и солидарне економије у националном контексту Републике Србије. Рад је заснован на приступу политичког учења на макро нивоу, док се као метод користи анализа садржаја докумената. Налази упућују на закључак да су одређене међународне организације имале пресудну улогу у транснационалном ширењу концепта социјалне и солидарне економије, док је Европска унија идентификована као актер од највећег утицаја на дизајн политике у Републици Србији, међутим, са ограниченим дометом.
