NOVE TENDENCIJE U DIZAJNIRANJU TRENAŽNOG PROCESA MLADIH
Sažetak
Kao rezultat modernog načina života, koje podrazumeva pasivno provođenje slobodnog vremena, deca i mladi često nisu dovoljno fizički pripremljeni za zahtevne organizovane sportske aktivnosti. Sa druge strane primetan je trend značajnog povećanja organizovanih takmičarskih manifestacija za mlade sportiste, što je povezano sa dramatičnim povećanjem sportskih povreda. Neadekvatna fizička priprema ima značajnu ulogu u nastanku većine sportskih povreda mladih sportista, tako da fizička priprema u vidu treninga snage i nervno-mišićnog treninga predstavlja deo strategije u prevenciji takvih povreda. Kako su benefiti fizičke pripreme mladih sportista poznati i prihvaćeni, ovaj pregledni rad ima za cilj da ukaže na neke specifičnosti trenažnog procesa mladih, kao i na različite aspekte fizičke pripreme mladih sportista za organizovane takmičarske sportske aktivnosti.
