UTICAJ PROGRAMIRANOG TRENINGA SNAGE NA EKSPLOZIVNU SNAGU DONJIH EKSTREMITETA KOD DECE UZRASTA OD 11 DO 14 GODINA

Sažetak:

Vertikalni skokovi predstavljaju sastavni deo mnogih sportskih aktivnosti. Postoje nekoliko faktora od kojih zavise skakačke sposobnosti sportiste: snaga, sila i ubrzanje koje se javlja prilikom skoka. Skok predstavlja složenu višezglobnu aktivnost koja zahteva ne samo snagu već i veliku silu. Osnovni tipovi treninga za povećanje eksplozivne snage su trening pliometrije i klasičan trening snage donjih ekstremiteta. Cilj istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi uticaj treninga snage na eksplozivnu snagu donjih ekstremiteta Prva grupa je konrolna grupa (K), dok je druga grupa eksperimentalna grupa (E) obe od po 18 isptanika.Upotrebom Myotest-a i izvođenjem skoka iz čučnja (SJ) utvrđene su:Hight, Power, Force,Velocity. Program snage trajao je šest nedelja, dva puta nedeljno u trajanju do 60 minuta. Možemo zaključiti da postoji statistički značajna razlika između finalnog i inicijalnog merenja kod eksperimentalne grupe, na multivarijantnom nivou sig=0.000. Priraštaj u visini skoka ΔHeight=3,28 cm, u sili ΔForce=4,68 N/kg, u snazi ΔPower=6,18 w/kg, u ubrzanju ΔVelocity=21,8 cm/s. Rezultati ovog istraživanja pokazuju da trening snage ima pozitivni uticaj na eksplozivnu snagu donjih ekstremiteta. Ovo istraživanje je sprovedeno nad decom uzrasta od 11 do 14 godina, tako da ne možemo sa sigurnošću tvrditi da ovaj tip programa može imati identičan uticaj na sportiste.
