PRIRODNI I KULTURNI RESURSI KAO FAKTORI KONKURENSTNOSTI I JAČANJA PERFORMANSI SEKTORA TURIZMA
Sažetak
Jedinstvenost turističke destinacije po svojoj prirodi i kulturi je jedan od faktora za poboljšanje konkurentosti i performansi sektora turizma, jer su to faktori koji privlače pažnju turista i motivišu ih za posetu. Stoga se ovim radom namerava analizirati i istražiti uticaj prirodnih resursa i kulturne baštine na konkurentnost i performanse turističkih destinacija. Rezultati su pokazali da su ovi faktori značajno i pozitivno povezani sa konkurentnošću merenom TTCI indeksom konkurentnosti putovanja i turizma, kao i sa performansama sektora turizma merenim brojem zaposlenih u ovom sektoru i brojem dolazaka turista.
