UTICAJ STRUČNIH PREDMETA NA ZADOVOLJSTVO KVALITETOM NASTAVE U SREDNJOJ STRUČNOJ ŠKOLI
Sažetak
U ovom istraživanju ispitana je veza između nastave stručnih predmeta i zadovolјstva učenika kvalitetom izvođenja stručne nastave i praktičnih oblika rada. Poseban akcenat je stavlјen na proučavanje uticaja obrazovnih dimenzija na kvalitet stručne nastave. To su: razvoj klјučnih kompetencija, upotreba savremenih nastavnih sredstava i međupredmetna korelacija, i upotreba različitih nastavnih metoda i tehnika u stručnoj nastavi u srednjoj stručnoj školi. Za potrebe ovog istraživanja korišćen je prilagođen PoS (Prism of Sustainability) model, koji je koncipiran na primeni tehnike anketiranja učenika i njihovih roditelјa, uz pomoć pisanog upitnika kao instrumenta u istraživanju. Ukupno 129 ispitanika (70 učenika i 59 roditelјa) iskazalo je svoje stavove prema tvrdnjama koje mogu ukazati na kvalitet nastave stručnih predmeta. Pored toga, ispitanici su ocenili tvrdnje koje se odnose na uticaj stručne nastave na zadovolјstvo učenika kvalitetom takve nastave. Prikuplјeni podaci su obrađeni i analizirani uz pomoć statističkog softvera SPSS v.21. Nakon ispitivanja pouzdanosti skala i varijabli, dobijeni podaci su prikazani uz pomoć tabela. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na značajne uticaje obrazovnih dimenzija na kvalitet nastave stručnih predmeta, čime su pomoćne hipoteze potvrđene u celosti. Pored toga, istraživanjem je ustanovlјeno da stručna nastava u značajnoj meri doprinosi zadovolјstvu učenika kvalitetom nastave, čime je glavna hipoteza potpuno prihvaćena. Rezultati ovog istraživanja mogu pomoći u projektovanju nastave u srednjim stručnim školama i prilikom izrade operativnih i individualnih nastavnih planova.
