Креативност из перспективе Роберта Стернберга

Sažetak


Циљ овог рада био је да се представе и анализирају теорија и модел једног од веома продуктивних и цитираних истраживача у области креативности – Роберта Стернберга. Када се посматрају његове теоријске претпоставке, примећује се хронолошка промена у начину разумевања креативности. Први модел фокусира се искључиво на објашњење интринзичних карактеристика креативног појединца, док се у каснијим радовима увиђа важност укључивања фактора социјалног контекста. Поред теорија које се баве карактеристикама креативног појединца, Стернберг постулира и модел који претендује да објасни фазе креативног процеса. С обзиром на то да се ове две групе објашњења квалитативно разликују међу собом, текст је груписан у две целине. Прво ће укратко бити изнети основни елементи и логика сваког модела, а затим ће се они поредити са алтернативним моделима, који претендују да објасне исте аспекте. На крају рада закључује се да постоји специфичан допринос Стернбергових теорија у разумевању креативности, али се такође износе и одређене контрадикторности, критике, као и један од начина за њихово потенцијално разрешење.
