INTEGRATIVNI PRISTUP UČENJU ENGLESKOG JEZIKA PRAVNE STRUKE (TEORIJSKI OKVIR): Intradisciplinarni, multidisciplinarni, interdisciplinarni i transdisciplinarni aspekti
Intradisciplinarni, multidisciplinarni, interdisciplinarni i transdisciplinarni aspekti nastave Engleskog jezika pravne struke (ELP/LE) za akademske/profesionalne potreb
Sažetak
Dinamičan razvoj engleskog jezika struke (ESP) tokom poslednjih nekoliko decenija doveo je do ekspanzije raznih oblika ESP nastave, u koje spada i engleski jezik pravne struke (ELP) ili pravni engleski jezik (LE). U ovom radu se razmatra integrativni komunikativni pristup učenju i kreiranju nastavnog plana i programa u kontekstu učenja engleskog jezika pravne struke (ELP/LE) za akademske/profesionalne potrebe. Kako bi se predstavila multidimenzionalna priroda, složena struktura i brojne funkcije ove nastave, istraživanje se zasniva na modelu integrisanog kurikuluma, koji nudi okvir za keiranje efikasnog integrativnog pristupa učenja u različitim obrazovnim kontekstima. Integrativni pristup obuhvata niz vrlo specifičnih i međusobno povezanih jezičkih, metodoloških, pedagoških, psiholoških i diskursnih dimenzija koje ilustruju brojne intradisciplinarne, multidisciplinarne, interdisciplinarne i transdisciplinarne aspekte nastave Engleskog jezika pravne struke. Analiza raznih dimenzija i aspekata ovog pristupa potkrepljena je uvidom u relevantnu teorijsko-metodološku literaturu i primerima iz nastavne prakse. Ovaj rad ima za cilj da doprinese boljem razumevanju izazova u procesu izrade nastavnih planova i programa za Engleski jezik pravne struke, posebno u pogledu uspostavljanja ravnoteže između komunikacijskih kompetencija (socio-lingvističkih, funkcionalno-strateških, diskurzivno-pragmatickih) kompetencija i specifične (ESP/ELP) metodologije, čija sinergija doprinosti kreiranju autentične i efikasne nastave za akademske i profesionalne potrebe pravnika. Autor poziva na širu saradnju i zajedničku aktivnost relevantnih aktera u pogledu izrade integrativnih programa, kurseva i projekata u oblasti prava i engleskog jezika struke za akademske i profesionalne potrebe. Integrisanje disciplinarnih, multidisciplinarnih i interdisciplinarnih aspekata je od velike vrednosti ne samo radi unapređenja kvaliteta pravnog obrazovanja i nastave jezika struke, već i u kontekstu uspostavljanja autentičnog, holističkog i humanog pristupa učenju za profesionalne potrebe. Takva saradnja bi doprinela unapređenju transdisciplinarnih aspekata obrazovanja predviđenih u okviru koncepta globalnih kompetencija i funcionalnih transferabilnih veština neophodnih za život i rad u savremenom svetu.
