Integracija digitalne radio-difuzne mreže mobilne televizije i ćelijske mreže treće generacije

Sažetak


U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja mogućnosti za integraciju radio-difuznih mreža za mobilnu televiziju i ćelijskih mreža treće generacije (3G). Analizirani su trendovi u pogledu razvoja usluge mobilne televizije, i dosadašnja istraživanja koja imaju za cilj traženje optimalnih načina za integraciju različitih tipova mreža. U radu su analizirane postojeće tehnologije za mobilnu televiziju, s posebnim osvrtom na DVB-H (Digital Video Broadcasting - Handheld) tehnologiju. Analizirani su preduslovi, razlozi i mogućnosti za integraciju DVB-H i 3G mreže UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System), a zaključci ovih analiza su potkrepljeni rezultatima praktičnog rada. Na osnovu svih ovih istraživanja donesen je zaključak o opravdanosti realizacije hibridne DVB-H/UMTS mreže.
