Kinetičko ispitivanje procesa kristalizacije α-Fe faze u amorfne legure Fe81B13Si4C2

Sažetak


Kinetičko ispitivanje procesa kristalizacije α-Fe faze iz amorfne legure Fe81B13Si4C2 ispitan je pomoću DSC i KSRD tehnike. Kinetički parametri (LNA, Ea) kod ispitivanih procesa određeni su korišćenjem Kisindžer metode i "isoconversional" metode. Utvrđeno je da se α-Fe proces kristalizacije može opisati JMA (Johnson-Mehl-Avrami) kinetičkom jednačinom. U skladu sa KSRD analizom i izračunatim parametrima kristalizacije (n = 4, m = 3), zaključeno je da se faze procesa kristalizacije mogu opisati rasutom nukleacijom i trodimenzionalnim (3D) rastom jezgara.
