Uticaj viline kosice (Cuscuta campestris Yunck.) na anatomske parametre lucerke
Sažetak
Uticaj viline kosice na anatomske promene kod lucerke ispitivan je u kontrolisanim uslovima. Praćene su sledeće varijante: N - nezaražene biljke lucerke (kontrola); Z- zaražene biljke lucerke i zaražene biljke lucerke tretirane sa propizamidom. Propizamid je primenjen u količinama od 3000 (T1) i 4000 (T2) g a.i. ha-1. Mereni su sledeći anatomski parametri: 1) list - debljina epidermalnih ćelija lica i naličja lista, debljina parenhimskog i sunđerastog tkiva, debljina mezofila i prečnik ćelija omotača provodnih snopića; 2) stablo - debljina epidermisa i primarne kore stabla, prečnik stabla i centralnog cilindra. Vilina kosica je prouzrokovala značajnu redukciju merenih anatomskih parametara stabla (34% - 51%) i lista ( 27% - 51%) kod zaraženih-netretiranih biljaka lucerke u odnosu na nezaražene biljke. Takođe, u tretmanima sa primenom propizamida vrednosti za merene anatomske parametre stabla i lista su značajno veće nego kod zaraženih-netretiranih biljaka.
