Maintenance measures as a factor of weed control in urban lawns

Abstract
A well-established lawn is an easy-to-maintain. Well maintained lawn is easy to manage. Also, this lawn is much cheaper to maintain, the savings are noticeable. For companies, cities, districts and states, this way of working and planning contributes to savings in the budget. The presence of weeds in a well-established lawn in not quickly noticed, and the application of adequate maintenance measures prolongs the need for weed control. The application of certain measures of care and maintenance is postponed for a long period, as is their frequency of implementation. In addition to the economic profit, the benefits from the application of proper establishing and maintenance are both aesthetic and ecological.
