Sažetak


Izveden je terenski eksperiment da bi se procenio rast i reakcija prinosa lubenice na primenu kreča u kiselom zemljištu Kalabara. Eksperiment je bio faktor 3 × 3 u randomizovanom kompletnom blok dizajnu (RCBD) sa tri ponavljanja. Proučavane su sortne razlike (Heracles F1, Kaolack i Sugar Babi), doze kreča (CaCO3) (0 t ha-1, 2,7 t ha-1 i 5,7 t ha-1) i uticaj njihovih interakcija na osobine rasta i prinosa lubenice. Heracles F1 i Kaolack su nadmašili Sugar Babi (p ≤ 0,05) u rastu i prinosu. Doze kreča 2,7 t ha-1 i 5,7 t ha-1 povećale su početni pH zemljišta (4,6) za 21,74 % i 43,48 %, respektivno. Dužina loze, broj listova, poprečni i uzdužni preseci plodova i sadržaj šećera u plodovima imali su ≥ 50 % heritabilnosti, što je koristan indeks u izboru izbornih osobina rasta i prinosa lubenice. Preporučuju se studije na više lokacija kako bi se dao dodatni uvid u ovu pilot studiju.
