INTEGRACIJA MINERALNOG ULJA I VODE-ISPIRANJE
Sažetak
Bela ljuska breskve, Pseudaulacaspis pentagona Targioni-Tozzetti, jedna je od najvažnijih štetočina drveća breskve u severnim provincijama Irana, posebno u Mazandaranu. Otpornost odraslih ženki P. pentagona na insekticide dovela je do toga da primena konvencionalnih insekticida ne može da kontroliše ovu štetočinu, stoga, s obzirom na ozbiljna i široko rasprostranjena oštećenja P. pentagona, čini se da je neophodno pronaći odgovarajuću alternativu za ova jedinjenja. Ova studija je imala za cilj da proceni efikasnost zimske kontrole ispiranjem vodom+mineralno ulje u poređenju sa ponovljenom upotrebom insekticida u suzbijanju ove štetočine u zasadima breskve u provinciji Mazandaran. Ovaj eksperiment je sproveden kao potpuno randomizovan dizajn sa tri tretmana i pet ponavljanja u voćnjaku breskve koji se nalazi u selu Makran, grad Miandorud. 1) Hlorpirifos (Chlorpirifos-methil Kavosh®, 40% EC) i Ethion (Ethion Kavosh®, 47% EC) u koncentraciji od 2 L/1000L vode, (2) pranje vodom + mineralno ulje (Volk Kavosh®, 90% EC) u odnosu od 5% (V/V) i (3) kontrola (bez prskanja). Rezultati ovog istraživanja pokazali su da je u većini proučavanih datuma postojala značajna razlika između efikasnosti ispiranja vode+mineralno ulje u odnosu na hemijske insekticide u kontroli populacije različitih razvojnih faza P. pentagona. U proleće, ispiranje vodom+prskanje mineralnim uljem pokazalo je efikasnost od 80,25 i 75,71% u kontroli populacije nimfi i odrasle jedinke P. pentagona, respektivno. U letnjem periodu efikasnost ispiranja vode+mineralno ulje u smanjenju populacije nimfi i odraslih ženki iznosila je 77,00 i 69,12%, respektivno. U jesen, voda-pranje+mineralno ulje beleži 70,32 i 71,09% u suzbijanju populacija nimfi i jedinki ove štetočine. Dok je efikasnost korišćenih insekticida na nimfama bila 63,70 i 55,78% u proleće, 61,68 i 49,78% u leto, a 37,03 i 40,83% u jesen. Kao rezultat toga, nalazi ove studije su pokazali da je zimska kontrola samo jednim pranjem vodom+mineralno ulje imala veću i značajnu efikasnost u poređenju sa upotrebom hemijskih insekticida u tri puta.
