EuReCa Srbija 2014-2021 - Analiza podataka o nezapočinjanju KPR u odnosu na pol pacijenata sa VBSZ
Sažetak
Ciljevi: Istraživanje je imalo za cilj da utvrdi razlike u započinjanju kardiopulmonalne resuscitacije prema polu, kao i razlike između polova u vezi sa započinjanjem KPR prema mestu zadesa, etiologiji i uzrastu.
Materijal i metode: Ova studija analizirala je epidemiološke podatke o vanhospitalnom srčanom zastoju iz EuReCa studije, prikupljene putem protokola EuReCa ONE Evropskog resuscitacionog saveta. Baza podataka, koja pokriva period od 1. oktobra 2014. do 31. decembra 2021, kreirana je korišćenjem podataka službi hitne medicinske pomoći iz 16 opština u Srbiji, koje predstavljaju 24,13% populacije.
Rezultati: Podaci su pokazali ukupno 8.349 slučajeva vanbolničkog srčanog zastoja, sa započetom KPR od strane HMP u 2.758 slučajeva (33,1%). Statistički značajne razlike u započinjanju KPR zabeležene su između polova, sa većom učestalošću započinjanja kod muškaraca (41,7%) u poređenju sa ženama (23,5%) (χ2 (1) = 307,312; p<0,001). Učestalost započinjanja KPR bila je veća kod muškaraca na svim lokacijama zadesa, uključujući mesto zadesa u mestu stanovanja i van mesta stanovanja, kao i za različite etiologije, posebno kardiogeni zastoj (χ2 (1) = 186,341; p<0,001). Razlike vezane za uzrast bile su značajne za osobe starije od 65 godina, pri čemu je započinjanje KPR bilo ređe kod žena u poređenju sa muškarcima (χ2 (1) = 244,642; p<0,001).
Zaključak: Nalazi ukazuju na polni disparitet u započinjanju KPR. Ovi rezultati naglašavaju potrebu za prilagođenim smernicama za resuscitaciju kako bi se adresirale rodne razlike i poboljšali ishodi za sve pacijente sa VBSZ. Potrebna su dalja istraživanja kako bi se istražili osnovni faktori koji doprinose ovim razlikama i kako bi se usavršili protokoli za resuscitaciju.
