EVALUACIJA EFEKATA KORPORATIVNOG PREDUZETNIŠTVA
Sažetak
Kako bi se korporativno preduzetništvo podsticalo i razvijalo, neophodno je da se aktivnosti u ovoj oblasti kontinuelno prate i mere. Posebno je značajno merenje inovativnosti, promena u konkurentskoj poziciji, interna efikasnost i uticaji na performanse. Imajući to u vidu, ovaj naučni rad ima za cilj sticanje znanja o najznačajnijim instrumentima za evaluaciju preduzetničkih aktivnosti na nivou preduzeća, ali i individualnih zaposlenih, kao i za evaluaciju njihovog doprinosa ostvarenju organizacionih performansi. Identifikovani su osnovni instrumenti za merenje, koji se koriste na nivou organizacije, i to: merenje preduzetničke intenzivnosti, dijagnoza pogodnosti internog okruženja za korporativno preduzetništvo, test preduzetničkih kapaciteta, Zahrina 14-stepena skala i preduzetnički menadžment. Takođe, analizirani su i načini za evaluaciju preduzetničkih aktivnosti na nivou individualnih preduzetničkih projekata. Doprinos rada se ogleda u osvetljavanju značaja merenja efekata preduzetničkog ponašanja, uzimajući u obzir ne samo organizacione, već i individualne performanse, kao i u pružanju uvida u najznačajnije instrumente, koji su teorijski relevantni, ali mogu biti izuzetno korisni i u praksi.
