UTICAJ TRANSFORMACIONOG LIDERSTVA NA KAPACITET ZA KREATIVNO REŠAVANJE PROBLEMA U ORGANIZACIJAMA
Sažetak
Kako bi uspešno poslovale i opstale na današnjem turbulentnom tržištu, organizacije bi trebalo da podstiču i neguju kreativnost svojih zaposlenih, jer je ona preduslov organizacionih inovacija. Kako je kreativnost prethodnik inovacija, a inovacije predstavljaju implementaciju kreativnih rešenja, brojne situacije koje zahtevaju kreativno ponašanje zaposlenih mogu se označiti kao „problemi”. Stoga se smatra da je rešavanje problema relevantno za razumevanje kreativnosti. Cilj ovog rada je da odgovori na pitanje kako i na koji način transformaciono liderstvo utiče na poboljšanje kapaciteta za kreativno rešavanje problema unutar organizacija. Na osnovu relevantne literature, ali i brojnih primera uspešnih kompanija u praksi, uvideli smo da transformacioni lideri podstiču kreativno ponašanje zaposlenih i pomažu im da izgrade kapacitete za kreativno rešavanje problema. Takođe, uvideli smo da su u mnogim istraživanjima zanemareni psihološki uslovi pod kojima se vrši ova razmena. Kako kreativno rešavanje problema zahteva obimne i naporne kognitivne procese, pretpostavili smo da je psihološka sigurnost neophodna kako bi zaposleni slobodno i bez straha predlagali nova kreativna rešenja.
