Sažetak


Demografske promene su uslovljene različitim impulsima – ekonomskim, političkim, ekološkim,zdravstvenim,migratornim,itd. Demografske promene, posmatrane kroz promene u polu i starosti stanovništva, u velikoj meri utiču na menjanje poslovnog okruženja i poslovanja u savremenim organizacijama. Nekadašnje organizacione strukture, pravila biznisa, norme ponašanja, procesi rada i ponašanje ljudi više nisu adekvatni, odnosno, ne mogu da se automatski implementiraju u novim uslovima. Da bi se društvo, države i poslovne organizacije pripremile na novonastalu situaciju, bitno je istražiti i upoznati kakve promene se dešavaju i kakav uticaj one mogu imati na poslovno okruženje na različitim nivoima poslovnog upravljanja. Cilj ovog rada jeste da istraži najznačajnije promene koje se dešavaju u poslovnom okruženju u pogledu struktura stanovništva prema polu i starosti i da objasni najznačajnije uticaje koje te promene mogu imati na globalnom, nacionalnom i organizacionom nivou. Autori su posebnu pažnju posvetili analizi dugoročnih, strukturnih promena, njihovih uticaja na organizacionom nivou i načina kako organizacije mogu da menjaju svoje poslovne i upravljačke strukture i procese u funkciji boljeg upravljanja novim kontingentom radne snage.
