TRANSFORMACIONO LIDERSTVO KAO PREDUSLOV ORGANIZACIONIH INOVACIJA U TURBULENTNIM SOCIO-EKONOMSKIM OKOLNOSTIMA

Sažetak


Imajući u vidu da organizacije danas posluju u turbulentnim socio-ekonomskim okolnostima, te da ove okolnosti ne predstavljaju pitanje trenutka, već jedinu izvesnost i konstantu, potreban je adekvatan odgovor organizacija na te promene, kako bi one ostale konkurentne. Rad naglašava značaj novih oblika menadžmenta i liderstva, kao ključnih za upravljanje organizacijama. Transformaciono liderstvo predstavlja oblik liderstva koji podstiče i neguje kreativnost zaposlenih na svim nivoima unutar organizacije – individualnom, grupnom i organizacionom, što implicira stvaranje i uspostavljanje organizacione inovacije. S obzirom da je kreativnost neophodan uslov organizacione inovacije, rad ističe da je transformaciono liderstvo ključno za izazivanje i upravljanje organizacionim inovacijama, što dalje rezultira organizacionim promenama koje doprinose opstanku i konkurentnošću organizacija i poslovnih sistema na tržištu.
