PROCENA RADNIH SPOSOBNOSTI, SKLONOSTI I VEŠTINA OSOBA SA INTELEKTUALNOM OMETENOŠĆU

Abstract


 

Za koncipiranje programa profesionalnog i radnog osoposobljavanja osoba sa intelektualnom ometenošću (IO) od esencijalne važnosti su strategije procene radnih sposobnosti i veština. Najvažnija komponenta funkcionalne procene nije utvrđivanje prisustva ometenosti, ili rasvetljavanje deficita koji je u osnovi ometenosti, nego mera u kojoj intelektualna ometenost ograničava profesionalne i druge aktivnosti vezane za samostalan život osobe. Potencijali i ograničenja osobe sa IO se razmatraju u kontekstu razvoja i definisanja odgovarajućih profesionalnih ciljeva, kao i identifikacije službi potrebnih za postizanje neposrednih i dugotrajnih ciljeva profesionalne rehabilitacije. Procena radnih sposobnosti, sklonosti i veština je deo procesa koji treba da započne u detinjstvu, u cilju multidimenzionalnog sagledavanja svih činilaca koji utiču na profesionalno osposobljavanje, zapošljavanje i potencijal za samostalan život osoba sa intelektualnom ometenošću. Sveobuhvatan pristup, u koji su uključene osobe sa intelektualnom ometenošću i njihove porodice, od suštinske je važnosti za proces  odgovarajućeg akademskog usmerenja, radne obuke i nivoa društvene podrške.
