ЕНЕРГЕТСКА БЕЗБЕДНОСТ ЕВРОПЕ И ЗАКЉУЧЦИ КЛИМАТСКИХ КОНФЕРЕНЦИЈА УН: ИЗМЕЂУ ЖЕЉА И МОГУЋНОСТИ
Sažetak
Енергетска транзиција један је од најважнијих стратешких циљева Европске уније. Његово спровођење, пре свега кроз Европски зелени договор, не само да јача енергетску безбедност, већ води ка трансформацији целокупног економског система Европске уније. Усредсређена на 2050. годину, до када има за циљ завршетак овог процеса и постизање климатске неутралности, ЕУ као да све мање пажње обраћа на реалне проблеме и недостатке због којих наведена стратегија постаје све више упитна. У овом раду упозорава се на реалне проблеме који постоје у спровођењу енергетске транзиције, као и на недостатке због којих се европске земље могу суочити са крупним последицама у наредном периоду. Први део рада посвећен је објашњавању Европског зеленог договора и намерама ЕУ, као и недоумицама које постоје везано за његову реализацију на унутрашњем плану. У другом делу описују се иницијативе ЕУ у оквиру Париског споразума и излазак САД из ове међународне платформе, а у трећем је направљен осврт на рад Климатских конференција УН и међусобне супротстављене стратегије различитих актера.
