Sažetak


U radu je prikazano istraživanje gastronomskih manifestacija u Srbiji, s fokusom na njihovu raznovrsnost, značaj i ulogu u promociji Srbije kao turističke destinacije. Posebna pažnja usmerena je na gastronomski turizam kao poseban oblik turizma koji poslednjih godina postaje sve popularniji čime i zemlje koje nisu obdarene prirodnim lepotama, povoljnom klimom ili bogatom istorijom, postaju potencijalno atraktivne destinacije za posetioce. Prikupljanje podataka i analiza usmerena na manifestacije hrane i pića u Srbiji, pokazuje je tendenciju rasta broja istih te ukazuje na mogućnost za privlačenje domaćih i stranih gostiju tokom cele godine. Dodatno, autentičnost regiona unutar Srbije čini njihovu gastronomsku ponudu jedinstvenom što doprinosi kreiranju specifičnog iskustva sve zahtevnijih posetilaca a posledično i promociji Srbije na konkurentnom turističkom tržištu
