Sažetak


Poslastičarstvo je oduvek smatrano oblikom umetnosti. Od izvornog oblika do onoga čime se danas smatra prethodio je dugačak razvojni period, a deserti su se trasformisali do pravih umetničkih dela. Izgled pripremljenog i serviranog jela jedan je od najvažnijih faktora njegove atraktivnosti na tržištu i jedan od osnovnih motivatora prilikom donošenja odluke o njihovoj kupovini. Upravo, potrošači koji imaju očekivanja vezana za određeni proizvod, moraju biti podstaknuti senzornim karakteristikama, od kojih se prvo izdvaja izgled. Prvi podaci dekoracija poslastica sežu još iz drevnog Rima, a tehnike i sredstva dekorisanja su se oblikovala i dalje nastavljaju da se prilagođavaju potrebama tržišta. Danas, postoji mnogo različitih tehnika koje se koriste u dekorisanju poslastica, a poslastičar mora biti precizan i koncizan u prenošenju svojih emocija na gotov proizvod, kroz dekoraciju. Potrošači su vođeni priorodnim instiktima i biraju jednostavnije, svedenije dekoracije koje svojim izgledom prate ukus poslastica. Predmet rada je uticajdekoracije poslastičarskih proizvoda na potrošače. Zadatak istraživanja je da ispita uticaj dekoracija poslastica na potrošače. Cilj rada je da kroz ispitivanja potrošača dođe do podataka o značaju dekoracije poslastičarskog proizvoda na potrošače. Istraživanje je sprovedeno anketiranjem među potrošačima A.P. Vojvodine (R.Srbija), a prikupljeni podaci su obrađeni primenom deskriptivne statistike.
