Arhitektura organizacije kao pristup za razvoj informacionih sistema

Sažetak


Veza između poslovanja i informacione tehnologije (IT) više od 30 godina stalna je tema, kako u akademskim, tako i u industrijskim krugovima. Poravnanje (usaglašenost) poslovanja i IT-a generalno se vidi kao važna komponenta i osnova za optimizaciju poslovnih performansi bilo koje organizacije. S obzirom na stalne promene, kako u IT svetu, tako i u savremenom poslovanju, rad na poravnanju poslovanja i IT sve više dobija na značaju. Uzrok problema poravnanja je, pre svega, u različitim nivoima apstrakcija poslovanja i IT koncepata. Radi rešavanja ovog problema već duže vreme je aktuelan pristup razvoju informacionih sistema (IS), zasnovan na tzv. arhitekturi organizacije (AO). U radu  je prezentovan pregled literature koja se bavi AO, a fokus je na identifikaciji radova koji se bave motivacionim aspektima za korišćenje AO, kao i onima koji detaljnije obrađuju proces razvoja AO uz korišćenje opštih i domenski specifičnih okvira. Pri tome, cilj je da se prikažu trenutna  akademska istraživanja iz ove oblasti i korišćenja AO radi rešavanja problema poravnanja poslovanja i IT. Ovaj pregled može biti startna tačka učesnicima u razvoju AO, uz korišćenje postojećih okvira, kao i za razvoj posebnih okvira koji bi se primenjivali u specifičnim domenima.
