Opis postupka tunelovanja Q signalizacije u privatnim telekomunikacionim mrežama

Sažetak


Uvod/cilj: U članku je specificirana mrežna signalizacija tipa Q-SIG, koja je standardizovana specijalno za primenu u digitalnim telekomunikacionim mrežama integrisanih servisa (ISDN), uz potenciranje mogućnosti za njenu dalju upotrebu u Privatnoj telekomunikacionoj mreži integrisanih usluga Vojske Srbije (PISN VS), odnosno u Privatnoj automatskoj telefonskoj mreži Vojske Srbije (PATlMr VS).

Metode: Vršena je analiza postojećih standarda: ECMA-355 i ECMA-336 i sinteza mogućnosti njihove primene u PATlMr VS.

Rezultati: Obrađen je postupak za primenu Q-SIG u situaciji kada se rubni delovi PISN VS, koji funkcionišu na principu prenosa i komutacije kola po TDM (Time Division Multiplexing), povezuju putem centralne Core mreže sa IP (Internet Protocol), a koja funkcioniše na principu prenosa i komutacije paketa sa SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). Razrađen je način primene postupka  tunelovanja enkapsuliranih Q-SIG poruka kroz IP mrežu, koji je definisan standardom ECMA-355. Opisane su neophodne funkcije za mapiranje prenosa tunelovanih signalizacionih poruka Q-SIG i mapiranje govornih (i drugih audio) informacija na medija-tokove tokom VoIP (Voice over IP) komunikacije kroz tu mrežu, a koje su definisane standardom ECMA-336.

Zaključak: Primena standarda ECMA-355 i ECMA-336 novo je rešenje u PATlMr VS uz korišćenje IP mreže za povezivanje IP PINX, primenom postupaka tunelovanja Q-SIG, i mapiranje funkcija za njihov prenos i prenos audiosignala. To otvara čitav niz novih mogućnosti koje će narastanjem Core mreže i  njenom primenom ubrzano doprineti stvaranju široke okosnice telekomunikaciono-informacionog sistema VS i poslužiti za implementaciju multimedijalnih komunikacija u realnom vremenu i prelazak na objedinjene komunikacije UC (Unified Communications).
