Primena koncepta digitalne obuke u osnovnoj letačkoj obuci na Vojnoj akademiji

Sažetak


Uvod/cilj: U radu su predstavljena nedavna istraživanja u oblasti koncepta digitalne obuke primenjenog u letačkoj obuci na Vojnoj akademiji Republike Srbije, koja čini osnovu uspešnog obrazovanja vojnih pilota. Njena podela zasnovana je na okruženju i fazi realizacije. Glavni deo i osnovu uspešne letačke obuke predstavlja osnovna letačka obuka. Ova faza obuke doživela je značajne promene uvođenjem tehnički naprednih aviona (TAA) koji se odlikuju visokim stepenom digitalizacije kabinskog prostora i sistema aviona u celini. Shodno tome, potreban je drugačiji metodološki pristup obuci, uključujući koncept digitalne obuke. Prikazana su dostignuća i pojedina rešenja koja se koriste u osnovnoj letačkoj obuci na Vojnoj akademiji, uz primenu elemenata digitalnih koncepata obuke.

Metode: Koristeći naučni pristup izvršen je uvid u digitalizaciju pilotskih kabinskih prostora i implementacije novog koncepta u osnovnu letačku obuku na Vojnoj akademiji Republike Srbije.

Rezultati: Na osnovu primenjene metode analize prikazani su značaj i vrednosti koncepta digitalne obuke u osnovnoj letačkoj obuci.

Zaključak: Iako koncept digitalne obuke nije obavezan u postojećem modelu letačke obuke na Vojnoj akademiji Srbije, pokazalo se da je veoma značajan. Njegov potencijal je veliki i, do određenog nivoa, može promeniti karakter osnovne letačke obuke. Zahvaljujući konceptu digitalne obuke, kadeti kasnije mogu bezbednije upravljati letelicama i brže sticati letačke veštine. U skladu sa nabavkom novih savremenih aviona u Ratnom vazduhoplovstvu i protivvazduhoplovnoj odbrani Vojske Srbije, svaki aspekt koncepta digitalne obuke mora se pažljivo razmotriti, posebno u fazi osnovne letačke obuke, uključujući i faze prelaska na nove tipove aviona.
