Fazna stabilnost nanosekundnih Ganovih oscilatora

Sažetak


Uvod/cilj: Sprovedena su detaljna teorijska i eksperimentalna istraživanja radi ispitivanja problema fazne stabilnosti u elektrodinamički razdvojenim Ganovim oscilatorima.

Metode: Korišćenjem računarske simulacije u okviru nelinearnog jednodimenzionalnog teorijskog modela aktivne zone GaAs poluprovodničke Ganove diode proučen je uticaj nestabilnosti modulacionog signala. Takođe, izvršena su eksperimentalna ispitivanja, uključujući mikrotalasna merenja i procenu dalekog polja antene, koja su potvrdila ključne teorijske rezultate i proširila osnovne zaključke rada.

Rezultati: Dokazano je da početna faza mikrotalasnih oscilacija van Ganovog generatora ne zavisi od unutrašnjeg šuma poluprovodničke strukture i da se može detektovati samo modulacionim signalom napona.

Zaključci: Mikrotalasni generatori sa Ganovim diodama stabilizovani su na prednjoj ivici naponskog impulsa iz modulacionog napajanja. Ovi rezultati potvrđuju da postoje ozbiljni izgledi za stvaranje antenskih faznih rešetaka na bazi Ganovih generatora bez međusobne povratne sprege (elektrodinamički nezavisne).
