Upravljanje rizikom od neeksplodiranih ubojnih sredstava u Republici Srbiji u funkciji zaštite životne sredine – studija slučaja Borovac

Uvod/cilj: Posle višedecenijskog rešavanja problema sa neeksplodiranim ubojnim sredstvima u nekim oblastima Republike Srbije, ona još uvek predstavljaju znatan rizik po bezbednost ljudi, imovine i životne sredine. Iako je teren znatno očišćen, postoje ozbiljne pretnje od komponenti koje se teško pronalaze. Neadekvatna sistemska rešenja za upravljanje ovim sredstvima mogu izazivati veoma velike posledice.

Metode: Na osnovu analize prostorne distribucije različitih tipova i količina neeksplodiranih ubojnih sredstava, u članku se proučavaju efekti ovih komponenti na ljudske živote i životnu sredinu. Izvršene su dve različite geoprostorne analize, a uključene su i smernice za upravljanje rizikom putem eliminacije rizika na osnovu više kriterijuma, GIS analiza i daljinske detekcije.

Rezultati: Dve različite geoprostorne analize rezultirale su klasifikacijom oblasti koje su pod visokim rizikom od preostalih neeksplodiranih ubojnih sredstava. 

Zaključak: Članak značajno doprinosi stvaranju strategije upravljanja ekološkim rizicima u regionima kontaminiranim neeksplodiranim ubojnim sredstvimaOna predstavlja efikasnu tehniku za rešavanje izazova procene rizika na tim prostorima . U radu se razmatraju i analiza rizika i opcije zaštite životne sredine. Koristeći višekriterijumsku analizu i GIS, procenjuje se izloženost strukture, ljudi, vrsta zemljišta i biljnih vrsta opasnostima koje neeksplodirana ubojna sredstva izazivaju na ključnim lokacijama. Ovaj rad služi kao smernica za procenu ekološkog rizika.
