Omogućavanje digitalnog rasta kroz kontinuiranu edukaciju menadžera projekata: okvir za kolaborativno, komplementarno, održivo i istovremeno učenje u organizacijama za softversko inženjerstvo

Sažetak


Uvod/cilj: Ovaj rad predstavlja PMO EDUKT okvir koji obuhvata kolaborativno, komplementarno, održivo i simultano učenje kreirano za dinamičko okruženje softverskog inženjeringa. Doprinosi tekućoj diskusiji o obrazovanju i profesionalnom razvoju u digitalnoj eri osvetljavanjem izazova sa kojima se suočava, predstavlja razvijen okvir i postiže merljive rezultate. Predstavljeni okvir naglašava potrebu za agilnošću, prilagodljivošću i potragom  za znanjem, kao osnovnim principima uspeha u okruženju koje se stalno razvija.

Metode: Fokusirajući se na veliku organizaciju softverskog inženjeringa, ova studija istražuje višestruke aspekte obrazovanja za upravljanje projektima, poboljšanje metodologije i optimizaciju tima. Predložena metodologija kombinuje kvalitativne i kvantitativne pristupe za istraživanje oblasti obrazovnog procesa u globalnoj organizaciji i generisanje fleksibilnog i merljivog okvira za poboljšanje rasta korporativnog znanja. Okvir ima za cilj da pruži učenicima najveću fleksibilnost u pogledu učenja, rasporeda, saradnje i razmene najbolje prakse, a garantuje i pravilno usklađivanje sa čestim promenama na tržištu i novim veštinama PM-a.

Rezultati: Nalazi pokazuju da personalizovano, kontinuirano učenje, olakšano kroz kolaborativno okruženje i prilagođeni sadržaj, donosi značajne prednosti. Kroz analizu ključnih indikatora učinka (KPI), predstavljena je poboljšana implementacija projekta, boljatimska saradnja i negovanje kulture inovacija.

Zaključak: Ovaj rad predstavlja okvir PMO EDUKT koji organizacije mogu da koriste za stvaranje kulture učenja i osnaživanje svojih zaposlenih da uspeju u oblasti razvoja softvera koja se stalno razvija. Usvajanjem principa kolaborativnog, komplementarnog, održivog i istovremenog učenja, one mogu razviti radnu snagu sa osnovnim veštinama kritičkog mišljenja, saradnje i prilagodljivosti neophodnih za uspeh u digitalnoj eri.
