Multivarijantni okvir za ispitivanje motivacionih faktora koji doprinose zadovoljstvu specijalista u upravljanju ljudskim resursima
Sažetak
Uvod/cilj: Upravljanje ljudskim resursima (HRM) razvilo se kao strateška funkcija organizacije koja značajno doprinosi njenom razvoju, kao i poslovnom rastu i društvenom razvoju. Ovaj rad popunjava prazninu u postojećoj literaturi tako što otkriva motivacione potrebe višeg reda koje doprinose zadovoljstvu HR menadžera u njihovim radnim ulogama. Takođe, istražuje se uzročno-posledični odnos faktora na kojima to zadovoljstvo počiva.
Metode: Izvršena je detaljna eksplorativna i medijaciona analiza u tri faze. U prvoj fazi intervjuisana je grupa od 25 viših HR menadžera koji su bili na pozicijama rukovodilaca službi za ljudske resurse u svojim organizacijama. U drugoj fazi sprovedena je eksplorativna analiza velikog obima na osnovu odgovora 423 ispitanika. Treća faza je potvrdila međusobne odnose osnovnih faktora dobijene eksplorativnom faktorskom analizom (EFA).
Rezultati: Rezultati anketiranja 423 stručnjaka otkrivaju da su tri faktora (identitet, moć i društveno vođstvo) u osnovi njihove motivacije i zadovoljstva na poslu. Takođe, uočeno je da moć predstavlja medijacioni element u odnosu između identiteta i društvenog vođstva.
Zaključak: Rezultati ispitivanja pokazuju jake indicije da postoji visok stepen korelacije između identiteta, moći i društvenog vođstva kada je reč o stručnjacima iz oblasti ljudskih resursa.
