Proučavanje dinamičkih karakteristika pušaka koje funkcionišu po principu pozajmice barutnih gasova pomoću softvera Solidworks Motion

Sažetak


Uvod/cilj: Ovaj rad predstavlja nov pristup određivanju dinamičkih karakteristika automatskog sistema opaljivanja kod automatskih pušaka koje funkcionišu po principu pozajmice barutnih gasova.

Metode: Na osnovu realne strukture automatskog sistema opaljivanja automatskih oružja koja funkcionišu po principu pozajmice barutnih gasova, simuliran je 3D model puške pomoću softvera Solidworks, a dinamičke karakteristike automatskog sistema opaljivanja izračunate su pomoću softvera Solidworks Motion.

Rezultati: Dobijeni rezultati simulacije obuhvataju pomeranje i brzinu zatvaračkog bloka u funkciji vremena, silu kojom udarač deluje na nosač zatvarača u funkciji vremena, kao i silu udara nosača zatvarača i tela oružja u funkciji vremena.  Rezultati su upoređeni s eksperimentalno dobijenim podacima radi verifikacije matematičkog modela. Ciklus opaljenja, prema rezultatima ispitivanja, iznosi 0,0846 s, a greška brzine paljbe između teorijskih i eksperimentalnih rezultata je 2,82%.  

Zaključak: Ovo istraživanje omogućava korisnicima vizuelan prikaz procesa rada svih delova automatskog sistema opaljivanja. Njegovi rezultati mogu da se primene za izračunavanja automatskih sistema opaljivanja različitih automatskih pušaka. To predstavlja važnu naučnu osnovu za poboljšanje i usavršavanje postojećeg automatskog oružja, kao i za projektovanje i proizvodnju novih tipova tog oružja  u budućnosti.
