Unapređenje procesa operativnog planiranja primenom hibridnog fazi-višekriterijumskog pristupa odlučivanju
Sažetak
Uvod/cilj: U radu je prikazana mogućnost optimizacije donošenja odluka u procesu operativnog planiranja u artiljerijsko-raketnim jedinicama za protivvazduhoplovna dejstva primenom metoda višekriterijumskog odlučivanja u fazi okruženju. Analizom sadržaja dostupne literature, određeni su kriterijumi na osnovu kojih je moguće vrednovati i porediti varijante upotrebe artiljerijsko-raketnih jedinica za protivvazduhoplovna dejstva koje razvijaju članovi grupe za operativno planiranje u toku procesa operativnog planiranja. Kriterijumi se zasnivaju na parametrima ocenjivanja varijanti upotrebe iz matrice odlučivanja u fazi poređenja varijanti upotrebe.
Metode: Predloženi pristup koji kombinuje metode DEMATEL i KOPRAS uspešno je modifikovan trouglastim fazi skupovima. Metoda fazi-DEMATEL primenjena je za određivanje težine kriterijuma, a fazi-KOPRAS metoda za vrednovanje alternativa – varijanti upotrebe.
Rezultati: Integrisano je više fazi-višekriterijumskih metoda odlučivanja u jedinstven model koji se može primeniti u procesu planiranja operacija radi optimizacije procesa donošenja odluka.
Zaključak: Rad doprinosi vojnoj nauci prilikom donošenja odluka u procesu operativnog planiranja na taktičkom nivou u artiljerijsko-raketnim jedinicama za protivvazduhoplovna dejstva.
