OSETLJIVOST IZOLATA COLLETOTRICHUM ACUTATUM SA JAGODE NA FUNGICIDE RAZLIČITOG MEHANIZMA DELOVANJA IN VITRO

Sažetak


Antraknoza, prouzrokovana vrstom Colletotrichum acutatum J.H. Simmonds, jedna je od najvažnijih i najštetnijih bolesti u proizvodnji jagode. Ovaj patogen se može efikasno suzbijati fungicidima, pa je njihova primena neophodna za postizanje visokog prinosa i kvaliteta plodova. U ovom istraživanju ispitivana je osetljivost 14 izolata C. acutatum, prikupljenih sa biljaka jagode u Srbiji, na četiri odabrana fungicida. Za test osetljivosti korišćene su komercijalne formulacije tebukonazola, fludioksonila, prohloraza i tiofanat-metila. Ispitivanja osetljivosti na fungicide vršena su in vitro, primenom metode praćenja porasta micelije na hranljivoj podlozi. Ispitivani izolati su bili veoma osetljivi na prohloraz i fludioksonil, sa prosečnim EC50 vrednostima od 0,067±0,062 mg L-1 i 0,093±0,043 mg L-1, redom. Značajno veće srednje EC50 vrednosti su dobijene kod tebukonazola (1,473±0.878 mg L-1) i tiofanat-metila (1,718±1,592 mg L-1). Toksičnost ispitivanih fungicida na porast micelije izolata C. acutatum ukazuje na njihovu potencijalnu implementaciju u strategiji suzbijanja prouzrokovača antraknoze na jagodi.
