Preporuke 2021 - Sistem koji spašava živote

Sažetak


Evropski resustitacioni savet (ERC) doneo je preporuke “Sistemi za spašavanje života”, koje se zasnivaju na Međunarodnom koncenzusu o nauci o kardiopulmonalnoj resuscitaciji iz 2020. godine. Teme koje su obuhvaćene uključuju lanac preživljavanja, merenje performansi resuscitacije, aplikacije za društvene mreže i pametne telefone, Evropski dan ponovnog pokretanja srca, Svetski dan ponovnog pokretanja srca, kampanja “Deca spašavaju živote”, sistem za rano upozoravanje, sistemi brzog reagovanja i medicinski tim za hitne slučajeve, centri za zastoj srca i uloga dispečera. Poglavlje “Sistemi za spašavanje života” opisuju brojne i važne faktore koji mogu globalno poboljšati zbrinjavanje osoba sa srčanim zastojem, ne kao pojedinačnu intervenciju već kao pristup na nivou sistema.

Cilj ovih preporuka je pružiti smernice najbolje prakse zasnovane na dokazima o postupcima koje zdravstveni sistemi mogu primeniti kako bi poboljšali ishode vanbolničkog (OHCA) i bolničkog srčanog zastoja (IHCA). Publikovanje ovih preporuka namenjeno je vladama, menadžerima zdravstvenih i obrazovnih sistema, zdravstvenim radnicima, nastavnicima, studentima i laicima.
