Sažetak

Федерализам се данас све више сматра важним алатом за рјешавање и управљање сукобима, пружајући оквир који омогућава прихватање различитости, равномјерну заступљеност и демократију. Овај рад анализира федералну институционалну архитектуру и динамику у Босни и Херцеговини. Методологија коришћена у овом раду јесте анализа студије случаја. Примјеном анализе студије случаја на наше истраживање, бићемо у могућности да испитамо специфичности федералног система Босне и Херцеговине укључујући расподјелу надлежности, међувладине односе и утицај ових структура на управљање и унутрашњу динамику. Циљ овог рада јесте да допринесе ширем разумијевању федерализма, посебно његове улоге у постконфликтним друштвима и мултиетничким земљама.
