THE RESEARCH ON FEMALE MOTIVATION FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

Sažetak


Globalizacija, interanacionalizacija i sveopšta tehnologizacija poslovanja unose veoma brojne i značajne promene u savremeno poslovanje, a pararelno sa ovim trendovima sve značajniji trend je i sve veća prisutnost žena u preduzetništvu. Cilj rada jeste utvrđivanje značaja različitih motiva koji su opredelili preduzetnice u Republici Srbiji za bavljenje preduzetništvom, u zavisnosti od njihove starosti, obrazovanja, bračnog stanja, dužine preduzetničkog staža i broja zaposlenih. Empirijsko istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od 162 preduzetnice sa teritorije Republike Srbije. Dobijeni podaci su analizirani primenom faktorske analaze, Mann–Whitney U i Kruskal-Wallis testa. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na to da se motivi za bavljenje preduzetništvom mogu grupisati u dve ključne dimenzije odnosno dva faktora. Neparametrijskim testovima je utvrđeno da postoje razlike u značaju   različitih motiva   za preduzetnice različitih godina starosti, obrazovanja, bračnog stanja, dužine preduzetničkog staža i broja zaposlenih . Dobijeni rezultati istraživanja potvrđuju da nisu sve preduzetnice iste po pitanju preferencija pojedinih motiva za bavljenje preduzetništvom.
