Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx).
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 11-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses).
  • Illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end; references are written in a separate section at the end of the paper (even when they are written in footnotes).

  • The In-Text citations and references in the text and the list of references at the end of the text are completely in accordance with each other.

  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions inEnsuring a Blind Review have been followed.
  • Abstracts and keywords are written in two languages (a) Serbian, (b) English; exceptionally in some other world language if it is widely used within particular field of science.

Author Guidelines

The manuscripts are submitted in Word through SCIndeks Assistant, available to all interested authors within the journal page in SCIndeks. During the editing, a double-blind peer-review process is applied. The opinions expressed in this publication are those of the authors. They do not reflect the opinions or views of the editor-in-chief or editorial board members, but the authors assume legal and moral responsibility for the ideas presented in their papers.

All the papers published in the International Journal of Economic Practice and Policy are checked for plagiarism using CrossCheck, i.e., iThenticate via the SCIndex Assistant service. 

Original Scientific Paper

Ovaj rad sadrži neobjavljene rezultate izvornih istraživanja. Naučne informacije u radu moraju biti obrađene i izložene tako da se može proveriti tačnost analiza i zaključaka na kojima sc rezultati zasnivaju, ili eksperimenat reprodukovati i dobiti rezultate s jednakom tačnošću (ili u granicama eksperimentalne greške) kako se to u radu navodi.

Review Paper

Pregledni članak predstavlja celovit pregled nekog područja ili problema na osnovu već publikovanog materijala, koji je u pregledu sakupljen, analiziran i raspravljan.

Preliminary Report

Ovo saopštenje sadrži nove naučne rezultate, čiji karakter zahteva hitno objavljivanje. Ono ne mora omogućavati proveru i ponavljanje iznesenih rezultata.

Professional Paper

Ovaj rad predstavlja koristan prilog iz područja struke čija problematika nije vezana za izvorna istraživanja, što znači da materija ne mora predstavljati novost u svetskim okvirima, već da se odnosi na proveru ili reprodukciju u svetu poznatih istraživanja, koja predstavljaju koristan materijal u smislu širenja znanja i prilagođavanja izvornih istraživanja potrebama nauke i prakse.
