TEORETSKI ASPEKTI LIDERSTVA I KREATIVNOSTI

Sažetak


Rad donosi pregled teorija liderstva koje unutar organizacionog konteksta, mogu doprineti razvoju organizacione kreativnosti, kao i lične kreativnosti zaposlenih. Posmatraju se dominantne teorije kreativnosti u organizacionom kontekstu, poput komponentne teorije kreativnosti i teorije organizacione kreativnosti. Kasnije se ispituju teorije liderstva koje unutar organizacija mogu povećati i pozitivno uticati na kreativnost. Među najznačajnijim pristupima istraživanja organizacionog ponašanja, odnosno teorijama lidera svrstavaju se teorija karakternih osobina ličnosti, bihejvioristička teorija liderstva, situaciona teorija liderstva, kao i novi koncepti liderstva. Novi koncepti liderstva uključuju harizmatsko liderstvo, teoriju transakcionog liderstva, kao i teoriju transformacionog liderstva koje, na osnovu dosadašnjih istraživanja, ima veliki i značajan uticaj na podsticanje kreativnosti unutar organizacija.
