Sažetak


U zavisnosti od toga kako se svakodnevno negujemo, puno govori o nama. Hrana može istovremeno biti i lek i otrov. Kako je hrana korišćena, pripremljena i svarena, presudan je element za dnevni nivo energije koji danas svi treba da procvetaju. Da bismo postigli taj cilj, potrebna nam je hrana koja je proverena, odobrena i prevezena na naša lokalna tržišta. Uz pomoć odgovarajućeg sistema sljedivosti možemo osigurati sigurnost hrane i spriječiti da se dogodi kritična situacija u cijelom procesu distribucije hrane. Zbog toga je danas, više nego ikad, pažnja na praćenju celokupnog procesa distribucije u prehrambenom lancu od ogromne važnosti na globalnom nivou. Ovaj rad će se fokusirati na proučavanje / značaj sistema sljedivosti u turističkoj industriji, zahtjeva za sljedivošću hrane i važnosti same sljedivosti.
