Primena Cube Iq softvera i modela višekriterijumske optimizacije za izbor vozila za transport robe u Vojsci Srbije

Sažetak


Uvod/cilj:  Adekvatan izbor vozila koji se koristi za transport robe je veoma važan faktor. On utiče na ekonomičnu i racionalnu upotrebu voznog parka, kao i na kvalitet i efikasnost obavljanja transportne delatnosti u Vojsci Srbije.  Projekat ovog modela može da pomogne organima saobraćajne službe da, na osnovu definisanih kriterijuma, odaberu vozilo koje je najbolje za izvršenje postavljenog transportnog zadatka.

Metode: Predlaže se model za izbor vozila za transport robe primenom fuzzy logičkog sistema, kao jedne vrste sistema veštačke inteligencije. Za rešavanje problema izbora vozila za transport robe definisano je pet kriterijuma, na osnovu anketiranja komandira transportnih vodova, koji predstavljaju ulazne vrednosti u fuzzy logički sistem. Ulazne promenljive predstavljene su sa po tri funkcije pripadnosti, dok je izlazna promenljiva definisana  sa pet funkcija pripadnosti. Sva pravila u fuzzy logičkom sistemu određena su primenom metode agregacije težine premisa pravila (ATPP), koja omogućava formiranje baze prvila na osnovu iskustva. Primenom ove metode, kao i na osnovu broja ulaznih promenljivih i broja njihovih funkcija pripadnosti, definisana je baza od 243 pravila. Vrednosti težinskih koeficijenata funkcija pripadnosti određene su primenom LMAW metode. Za razvijeni fuzzy logički sistem izrađen je korisnički „interfejs” program koji omogućava praktičnu primenu ovog modela.  

Rezultati: Model je testiran na primeru izbora optimalnog vozila za robu koja je transportovana na IVP „Pasuljanske livade” 2020. godine. Izbor optimalnog transportnog sredstava vršen je između transportnih motornih vozila koja se najviše koriste u Vojsci Srbije, a to su: TAM 150 T11, FAP 2026 I FAP 1118. Nakon pakovanja sva tri vozila ovom robom u Cube IQ i izvršenom proračunu i evaluaciji pojedinačnog vozila u korisničkom „interfejs” programu dobijene su vrednosti izlazne promenljive za svako vozilo. Te vrednosti za svako vozilo su rangirane, pa se pokazalo da je optimalno vozilo za transport definisane robe FAP 1118.

Zaključak: Ovaj rad jedan je od prvih koji dokazuje primenu modela zasnovanog na veštačkoj inteligenciji koji rešava problem izbora vozila za transport pokretnih sredstava. Takođe, rad pruža velike mogućnosti za dalja istraživanja.
