Modeliranje i simulacija rada modulatora pritiska kod menjačkih prenosnika sa promenom stepena prenosa bez prekida toka snage

Sažetak


Uvod/cilj: Modulator pritiska ima najveći uticaj na dinamičke karakteristike menjačkih prenosnika sa promenom stepena prenosa bez prekida toka snage. Predstavlja element menjačkog prenosnika koji kontroliše povećanje pritiska u frikcionim sklopovima tokom procesa promene stepena prenosa. Izborom optimalne kontrole priraštaja pritiska pri promeni stepena prenosa postiže se smanjenje dinamičkih opterećenja u zupčastim prenosnicima i termičkih opterećenja u frikcionim sklopovima.

Metode: Analiziran je princip jednog od rešenja modelatora pritiska, kao i uticaj pojedinih parametara na kontrolu priraštaja pritiska u toku promene stepena prenosa. Nakon analize principa rada modulatora pritiska, razvijen je simulacioni model u softverskom paketu MATLAB/Simulink.

Rezultati: Rezultati dobijeni korišćenjem simulacionog modela upoređeni su sa eksperimentalnim rezultatima izabranog modulatora pritiska. Rezultati simulacije su pokazali zadovoljavajuće poklapanje sa eksperimentalnim rezultatima, u granicama do 10% odstupanja od eksperimentalnih rezultata.

Zaključak: Razvijeni simulacioni model omogućava relativno laku i brzu promenu parametara modulatora pritiska, kao i mogućnost bržeg i boljeg razumevanja uticaja pojedinih parametara na povećanje pritiska tokom procesa promene stepena prenosa.
