Strateški okvir za izbor naprednih PVO sistema: uvidi iz zemlje u razvoju

Sažetak
За обезбеђивање суверенитета било које земље, систем одбране је веома важан. У овом савременом свету свака држава покушава да унапреди свој одбрамбени систем усвајањем нових технологија. Једна од главних компоненти одбрамбеног система је систем противваздушне одбране (АДС) који даље укључује борбене авионе, дронове, 3Д радар, борбена командна возила и ракетни систем. Ракетни систем је постао најважнија компонента система противваздушне одбране широм света. Због ограничених ресурса и слабе економије, за земљу у развоју је изазов да набави ракетни систем који одговара њеним ресурсима и економским могућностима. Циљ овог истраживачког рада је проучавање потреба и циљева одбрамбеног система Пакистанског ратног ваздухопловства (ПАФ) и одабир најбољег ракетног система у циљу унапређења постојећег система ПВО. Хибридна методологија одлучивања са више критеријума (МЦДМ), Лабораторија за испитивање и евалуацију одлучивања (ДЕМАТЕЛ) и процес аналитичке хијерархије (АХП) се користи да би се проценили фактори који утичу на ракетни систем, као и да се изабере најбољи ракетни систем за Пакистан. . Резултати показују да је ракетни систем С-400 најизводљивији за пакистанску ПВО. За одабир критеријума и добијање рецензија од стручњака, конзервативнији приступ се може користити за још детаљније испитивање процеса. Ово истраживање је прво те врсте које користи ДЕМАТЕЛ-АХП приступ за процену система противваздушне одбране за Пакистан.
